Every property is photographed with a high resolution Canon digital SLR camera, professional grade lenses, proper lighting for the job and skilled post processing to enhance the images but not to mis-represent the home.

All jobs also include:

1) Travel time (up to 30 miles one way)
2) Up to 2 hours on-site to photograph the property
3) One (1) DVD-R with:
4) High resolution color images for print media (Tiff File 300 DPI.)
5) Internet-ready images for website use and your local MLS (JPEG Files at 72 dpi)
6) All images edited with professional photo enhancing software
7) 24 hour turnaround (most jobs) with photos provided via private gallery for proofing.

A La Carte Services

DVD slide show: $40.00 for 15 images or $65.00 for 30 images.
Branded or unbranded slide show DVD’s are a visually effective way of presenting photos of a home that looks significantly better than the photos shown on most real estate and MLS websites. Can be used to show off home during open houses or brokers opens. We provide 15 or 30 photographs set to music of choice, a link to your website. Generation and delivery of Flash video, MPEG or AVI file via secured FTP site - Click here to view a sample.

Audio voice over: $15.00
This is a great way to describe the property with your copy, added to your slideshow to make it more effective by describing both verbally and presenting the features visually. – your copy must be provided. Please note this can take up to 7 days for delivery upon receipt of your copy.

Additional DVD’s: $5.00 per disk (up to 5 - $2.00 over qnty 5 ordered)

Twilight shoot or repeat visit for exterior shots: $75.00
Twilight shots are done between sunset and approximately 40 minutes after sunset. All lights in the home must be turned on and there may be added lighting. Twilight shots give a dramatic and artistic look to a home.

Exterior Photo Session Only: $50.00 – includes three images displaying different angles

Twilight Photo Session: $250.00 – includes up to 3 images displaying different angles - if already on site for session - 50% markup required for twilight and will photograph until unable to achieve desired result.

Visual Graphics Services

4 x 6 Postcard design: $35.00
Design of a home marketing postcard. Double sided with Realtor photo and company information included. Postcard is delivered in .pdf form or we can outsource printing for you.

8.5 x 11 Flyer design: $45.00
Design of a home sale flyer in color or black and white. Double sided with Realtor photo and company information included. Flyer is delivered in .pdf form or we can outsource printing for you.

Policies

Travel surcharge: $10.00 Minimum
A travel surcharge will be added for all projects greater than 35 miles (one-way) from Lake Worth Blvd, Lake Worth Fl 33467. Surcharge will be quoted and agreed upon before project is accepted as applicable.

Payments
Payment is due at time of shoot, however we do not process payment until photos are ready for delivery; we accept cash, check, and Pay Pal (by request only and will incur a 3% pay pal additional fee). A $25.00 fee will be added to any returned check.

Scheduling:
Please contact us via telephone at 760-458-4853, or email us at Patrick@thefarimedia.com no less than 48 hours before your preferred photography session date. The session will take between 1.5 and 2 hours. Most homes can be shot in 1.5 hours although some shoots may take longer.

Please Note: The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner (the agent) should be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations or details such as any of the homes features to be included or excluded in shots. Photos will include a front exterior, back exterior and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are usually not a marketing priority and thus will not be photographed unless given instructions otherwise.

Pets:
Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are never included in photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot.

Cancellation or a No Show:
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment is subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. The full price of the shoot will be charged to any cancellation within four (4) hours of the scheduled time. Arrival by the owner/agent beyond thirty (30) minutes of an appointment will be considered a cancellation, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling.

Bad Weather:
In the event of bad weather prohibiting exterior photography, a pickup shoot of the property exterior will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time at no charge.
